The order processing normally takes 24 hours, but might take up to 3-5 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above, especially now through the COVID global pandemic. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen. Delivery time can also take longer during peak seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and AfterPay sales.
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, My Boho has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Track your order
If your order has been shipped using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is fulfilled. Simply click on your tracking link in the email to view the up to date tracking information.
** Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. These countries include Algeria, Tunisia, Albania, Kosovo, Belarus and some others. We are sorry for this temporary inconvenience.
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
Simply send your parcel back to us within 14 days from when you received your order. All items must be in brand new condition with all tags and receipts attached. We will issue you with an e-voucher credit.

Items will be refunded only if the product (s) has a quality issue or is damaged or looks different to how it was described on our website. In the event that the product you received is faulty, you will need to send us a photo of the item within 7 days from when you received your order so we can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
Please note that if your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we are unable to accept this back as a return. Please refer to our FAQ's to see how to care for your garments.
If you damage a garment after wearing it, for example a button falls off or the zip breaks because of ‘wear and tear‘ we cannot accept these garments back for a return or exchange.
